Carlo Robustelli serves as development director at WGLT Public Radio and oversees all fundraising activities that involve the solicitation of major and planned gifts, annual fund gifts, and corporate support sponsorship. Carlo is also responsible for GLT's marketing and outreach efforts. He earned his B.A. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003, majoring in Political Science and Philosophy.
Carlo is passionate about serving the local community. He is an elected representative on the McLean County Board, Past President of the Ecology Action Center Board of Directors, a member of the Downtown Bloomington Association Board of Directors, and a member of the Economic Development Council Board of Directors. He believes that GLT plays an important role in our community as a champion of a well-informed democracy, a supporter of life-long learning, a bridge between residents, and a source of diverse entertainment.
Carlo loves to cook, eat, and dine. He is a NY Jets football fan, a Tarheels basketball fan, and a World Cup soccer fan. He enjoys traveling, bicycling, motorcycling, good music, great television, and stimulating political debates.
