Acousticity Features for April 2015

    

April 5, 2015 "Something in the Water" is the latest from hometown favorite Pokey Lafarge, and his first for Rounder Records. We'll feature the new CD, and a conversation with the bandleader about his career arc from Normal to the world, as well as his stature as spokesperson for the Central Time sensibility.

April 12, 2015 The roots duo of Pharis and Jason Romero just keep getting better. Their third release is called "A Wanderer I'll Stay."

April 19, 2015 We'll give you a chance to support acoustic music and contribute to GLT's best fund drive ever. Plus a preview of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at the BCPA, and your chance to win tickets to see the influential band in its fourth decade on the road. 

April 26, 2015 The young banjo virtuoso Jayme Stone's "Lomax Project" features a wide variety of American folk styles, performed by an all star band with Tim O'Brien, guitarist Julian Lage, and newcomer Margaret Glaspy.
