March 1, 2015 "Tomorrow is My Turn" is the first solo release from Rhiannon Giddens, of the Carolina Chocolate Drops. It was produced by T-Bone Burnett. Also a preview of the upcoming "bluegrass scramble" at the Castle with modern bluegrass bands the Way Down Wanderers, Acoustics Anonymous and Old Salt Union.

March 8, 2015 The Boston based bluegrass supergroup Barnstar! covers songs from Patti Griffin to Rod Stewart (!) on their excitable new recording, "Sit Down! Get Up! Get Out!"

March 15, 2015 Celebrate St. Patrick's day early with the Irish superband Altan's latest, "The Widening Gyre." And a conversation with Ray Benson and Emily Gimble of Asleep At the Wheel, coming to the Castle next weekend. 

March 22, 2015 A solo outing from one of the founding members of the Hot Club of Cowtown, "Black Beauty" spotlights the sassy vocals and lively fiddling of Elana James.

 March 29, 2015  Michigan roots quartet Lindsey Lou and The Flatbellys' latest release is called "Ionia."
