Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me!® from NPR and WBEZ will make its Normal debut this fall. Illinois State University’s Braden Auditorium will host WWDTM on Nov. 12, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., in celebration of WGLT’s 60th anniversary!

Wait Wait is NPR’s award-winning comedy news quiz show heard by over six million listeners every week. Along with a rotating panel of comedians and newsmakers, host Peter Sagal leads listeners through games, limericks, and spoofs. On each episode a celebrity guest joins for a brief interview and stays to play games while listener contestants call in to win the greatest prize of all – one of the Wait Wait voices on their voicemail.

How to get tickets

The hottest ticket in town is on sale now. Act fast to get yours!

You can purchase tickets two ways:

1. Purchase tickets online with a credit card.

2. Purchase tickets in-person at the Bone Student Center. Visit the Dietz Welcome Desk/Braden Box Office located on the east side of the first floor concourse. The box office accepts all major credit cards and tap to pay. No cash or checks. ISU students: present your ID at the box office for a $20 discount per ticket.

Tickets range from $39-$129. There is a limit of 6 tickets per customer.
